In Pune, Project Kushal supported the overburdened healthcare professionals at Ranabai Ambedkar Maternity Hospital by introducing a user-friendly IT platform. The web-based communication platform enabled healthcare staff to attend training sessions without disrupting routine service delivery. Collaboration with Pune Municipal Corporation, BJ Government Medical College, and AWAYA extended this platform to 15 locations, training 7 batches of master trainers and facilitating 9 batches of facility-based training for 49 nurses.
Project Samudaya Abhivruddhi
Targeting youth with limited access to legal entitlements and skill development opportunities, Project Samudaya Abhivruddhi adopts a holistic approach to community development. Operating in Karnataka’s Kolar district, the project focuses on marginalised women, single-parent families, and differently-abled youth, offering vocational training and promoting micro-enterprises. Community awareness and hygiene education complement skill development efforts, promoting holistic lifestyle changes.
